1. Made-to-Order Items
All products are made to order once your purchase is placed. This means each item is printed specifically for you.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
As our items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Accidental orders

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

Misprinted

Defective

Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

If the issue is confirmed, we will:

3. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Cancellation Policy
As orders are sent to production shortly after purchase, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
If the item has already entered production, cancellation will not be possible.
