1. Order Processing Times
All items are made to order or prepared specifically for your purchase.
Processing times vary depending on the product and fulfilment partner:

Apparel and merchandise (Print-on-Demand): Typically 2–5 business days before dispatch

Distributor-supplied items (e.g. Maxim): Processing times vary depending on supplier availability

Items shipped directly by us: Usually dispatched within 3–5 business days
Processing times may be longer during peak periods, new releases, or promotional events.
2. Split Shipments
If your order contains items fulfilled by different partners, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
You may receive multiple dispatch notifications for a single order.
Additional shipping charges will not be applied unless clearly stated at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

4. Customs & Import Duties

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may require additional postage fees to resend the item.
If production has already begun, we cannot cancel or refund the order due to address errors.
